Vol.01 一杯の、その先にあるもの。

2019年。

FILTER SUPPLYは、福岡で小さく始まりました。

一杯のコーヒーを淹れながら、たくさんの方と出会い、たくさんの時間を見てきました。

店内でゆっくり過ごされる方。

豆を買って、ご自宅で楽しんでくださる方。

旅の途中に立ち寄ってくださる方。

同じ一杯でも、その時間の過ごし方は、人それぞれでした。

私たちは、コーヒーを販売しています。

けれど、本当に届けたいものは、コーヒーそのものだけではありません。

その一杯を淹れる時間。

香りを楽しむ時間。

ゆっくり味わう時間。

コーヒーがあることで生まれる、そんな時間も大切にしたいと思っています。

FILTER SUPPLYは、ハンドドリップによるブラックコーヒーの専門店です。

浅煎りにも、深煎りにも、それぞれ違った魅力があります。

その日の気分や季節によって、おいしいと感じる一杯も変わります。

だから私たちは、「どれが一番おいしいか」ではなく、「今日はどんな一杯が飲みたいですか？」という会話を大切にしています。

2026年。

店舗の老朽化に伴い、私たちは新しい場所へ歩みを進めます。

店舗は新しくなります。

ブランドのロゴも、新しい節目に合わせて生まれ変わります。

変わるものもありますが、大切にしてきたことは変わりません。

このジャーナルでは、

コーヒーのこと。

産地のこと。

道具のこと。

旅のこと。

そして、日々の暮らしのこと。

私たちが日々感じていることを、少しずつ綴っていきます。

知識を増やすためだけではなく、

コーヒーがある時間を、今より少しだけ楽しめるように。

そんな場所になれたら嬉しく思います。

 

Vol.01 What Lies Beyond a Cup.

 

FILTER SUPPLY began small, here in Fukuoka.

Brewing cup after cup, we've met so many people, and watched so much time pass by.

Some of you settled in and lingered a while in the shop.

Some bought beans to take home and enjoy on your own.

Some stopped by in the middle of a journey.

Even with the same cup of coffee, the way people spend that time is different for everyone.

We sell coffee.

But what we really want to offer isn't the coffee itself, not only that.

The time it takes to brew a cup.

The time spent taking in its aroma.

The time spent savoring it slowly.

We want to hold onto that time, the kind that only exists because coffee does.

FILTER SUPPLY is a specialty shop for hand-drip black coffee.

Light roasts and dark roasts each have their own, distinct charm.

The cup that tastes best to you can shift with your mood, or with the season.

So rather than asking "which one is the best," we care more about a different question: "what kind of cup do you feel like today?"

As our building has aged, we're moving forward to a new location.

The shop itself will be new.

Our brand's logo will be reborn too, to mark this new chapter.

Some things will change. But what we've valued all along will not.

In this journal, we'll be writing about coffee.

About where it comes from.

About the tools we use.

About journeys.

And about everyday life.

We'll set down, little by little, the things we find ourselves noticing along the way.

Not just to add to your knowledge, but so that the time coffee gives you can be enjoyed a little more than it already is.

If we can become a place like that, we'd be glad.
