FILTER SUPPLYは今、次の場所へ向けて準備を進めています。
第1章を、一度きちんと閉じて。
第2章に向けて、試行錯誤している最中です。
こうした方がいいんじゃないか。
やっぱり、こっちの方がいいんじゃないか。
答えのない問いを、何度も行ったり来たりしながら、進めています。
そんな今だからこそ、知っていただきたい場所があります。
FILTER SUPPLYが再開するまでの間、コーヒー豆はECと、姉妹店のGOOD UP COFFEEでお求めいただけます。
GOOD UP COFFEEは、FILTER SUPPLYより2年早くに生まれたカフェです。
実は、こちらも2025年に移転したばかり。
以前は5、6坪ほどの、小さな小さなお店でした。
今は15坪ほどの広さになり、以前より少しゆったりと過ごしていただけるようになったと思います。
お店としての役割は少し違いますが、コーヒーに対する考え方や品質の基準は、FILTER SUPPLYと変わりません。焙煎したコーヒー豆を使用し、一杯一杯丁寧にご提供しています。
FILTER SUPPLYがハンドドリップだけにこだわる、少し尖った専門店だとすれば、GOOD UP COFFEEはより多くの方にとって使いやすいお店です。
モーニングもあります。
夜も営業しています。
パンの軽食や、スイーツも並びます。
コーヒーだけを目的にしなくても、ふらっと立ち寄っていただける。
そんな場所でありたいと思っています。
豆のラインナップは浅煎りが中心ですが、当店基準の中深煎り、深煎りも置いています。
また、GOOD UP COFFEEではエスプレッソメニューもご提供しており、FILTER SUPPLYとはまた違ったアプローチで、コーヒーとフードのペアリングもお楽しみいただけます。
堅苦しいお店では、まったくありません。
気になることがあれば、いつでも聞いてください。
もちろん、コーヒー以外の楽しみも、ここにはあります。

FILTER SUPPLY is now preparing for its move to a new location.
We've closed the first chapter, for now.
And we're making our way, step by step, toward the second.
Maybe this way would be better.
No, actually, maybe that way.
We keep going back and forth, without any clear answers, moving forward all the same.
It's precisely because of this that there's a place we'd like you to know about.
Until FILTER SUPPLY reopens, you can find our coffee beans through our EC store and at our sister café, GOOD UP COFFEE.
GOOD UP COFFEE is a café that came into being two years before FILTER SUPPLY.
As it happens, it also moved to a new location in 2025.
It used to be a tiny place, just five or six tsubo.
Now it's about fifteen tsubo, and we think it offers a little more room to relax than before.
The role each shop plays is a little different, but our thinking about coffee, and our standards for quality, haven't changed. We use freshly roasted beans and take care over every single cup we serve.
If FILTER SUPPLY is a slightly focused, hand-drip-only specialty shop, GOOD UP COFFEE is a place made for more people to enjoy with ease.
We serve breakfast.
We're open in the evenings, too.
There's light bread and pastries on the menu.
You don't need coffee to be the reason you stop by.
That's the kind of place we hope to be.
Our beans lean toward light roasts, but we also carry our own take on medium-dark and dark roasts.
GOOD UP COFFEE also serves espresso, so you can enjoy coffee and food pairings from a different angle than at FILTER SUPPLY.
It's not a formal place, not in the slightest.
