We will deliver the freshest lot possible. Please note that it may take a little time for delivery depending on the roasting conditions. About one week after roasting, the carbon dioxide gas naturally escapes and the coffee aroma begins to bloom. At our shop, we recommend beans that have been roasted for 2-3 weeks, as they have a good balance of aroma and sweetness. If the coffee is delivered immediately after roasting, we recommend letting the beans rest for a few days before enjoying their original flavor.
