The farm has been in operation for five generations since its establishment in 1890, and is currently managed by Diogo Dias. There are 68 housing units for workers, and a soccer field, church, hospital, and computer room are provided for workers' children, promoting sports and cultural activities. The country employs 45 full-time workers and 100 temporary workers during harvest season. The owner has a strong interest in the environment and is well-versed in the condition of the natural forest within the vast farm and the ecosystem of its flora and fauna.
